To open dialogue between peers in an effort to reduce suicides in first responders and military personnel
The Hermes Warrior Foundation was started in 2022 based on the vision of Deputy Dominic Brissett.
After the suicides of many friends in law enforcement and the military, he decided to do something. He believed that if he could find a way to open dialogue between personnel that daily stressors could be reduced and potentially save people.
The Hermes Warrior Foundation believes that providing this opportunity to talk to one another will help individuals combat mental health issues together.
Hermes Warrior Foundation uses volunteers from all over.
We currently have warriors from the U.S. Army special forces community, U.S. Air Force, Montgomery County Police officers, Pinellas County Sheriff deputies, and the Ohio FD community. We are adding new warriors every day.
