We ensure confidentiality from the beginning. When you call the 1800 number, the number that shows is the 1800 number not your personal number. You're confidentiality is further protected when you are transferred to a volunteer. The number the volunteer sees is the 1800 number also. 

NO, because this is not a suicide hotline. But should such a case arise. We have made a connection with Tampa Bay psychology associates. They specialize in first responder / military support. They have the ability to do tele-health and they too are not mandatory reporters.
